The house is located on the island of Mali Drvenik, 8 nautical miles from the town of Trogir.  No one lives in the house and the entire space extends over a plot of 300 square metres.  The house consists of 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower.  Two rooms are located on the first floor and one on the ground floor.  Rooms on the first floor have double beds and a single bed. The ground floor room has a double bed.  The ground floor also has a kitchen, spacious dining room and living room.  The kitchen is fully equipped;  stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes.  The living room has a sofa, armchair and satellite TV.  In front of the house is a spacious terrace with a large wooden table and benches.  An indispensable part of every Dalmatian house is a small stone firehouse with a traditional fireplace for baking. Inside the fire house there is a stove, table and chairs. Next to the terrace there is a century-old nettle tree that creates natural shade where you can enjoy deck chairs, drink your first morning coffee or relax in the afternoon.
